1- Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Unused and Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, accessories, manuals, and other materials are included.

1.2 Time Frame: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

1.3 Customized and Made-to-Order Items: Unfortunately, customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in such cases.

2- Return Process

2.1 Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email to initiate the return process. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2.2 Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include all the necessary accessories, manuals, and other materials. Make sure to affix the RAN on the package.

2.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3- Inspection and Refunds

3.1 Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, a refund may be denied or a restocking fee may apply.

3.2 Refund Options: If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund in the original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4- Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or other evidence to assess the damage or defect.

4.2 Replacement or Repair: Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund for the item. Our team will guide you through the process and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5- Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Mattresses, bedding, and pillows (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

6- Store Credits

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may issue a store credit for the value of the returned item. Store credits can be used for future purchases at MAS Furniture and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

7- Changes to the Return Policy

MAS Furniture reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
